We finished season 2 of Fringe, and wow! Thank goodness we got those new speakers for the computer, because we have a lot of catching up to do (for some stupid reason, I didn't think to start DVRing the current season until January).

We saw the new Harry Potter movie on Saturday night. Because it's taken me several days to get around to writing this, it probably won't be as thorough or good as if I'd written it on Sunday, but oh well. ( it's still pretty long, though...and chock full o' spoilers )

On a fannish note, Castle! I'm officially smitten. I was hooked by the first disc of season one, but it just gets better and better! I love every single character, and really, how often does that happen? Mostly just in Bones, and I must say that I love the shows for a lot of the same reasons, though despite their similarities, they're both unique ( Read more... )

I just saw an article about Jason Momoa playing Conan in a new movie. I've never read or seen any Conan, but joeyjojoshabado is a big fan of the comic, so this will be awesome. And from what I recall, Conan doesn't wear much, and that's even more awesome ;) *drools ( Read more... )

We've been watching Sanctuary lately. We watched the first TV episode back when it aired the fall before this last one, but we didn't have DVR yet, and the stupid cable company took SciFi (back when it was properly named) away from the TV that had a VCR and no cable box.
